Service Description

• Service fee includes labor cost and standard white or off-white paint cost for white color interior painting jobs • Standard white paint would be Jotun Brand • Colored paints or special low VOC or zero VOC paints will be charged separately. • All furniture and flooring will be covered and protected with plastic sheets during the paint job. • Minor cracks and holes on walls will be fixed prior to painting. • Scope will include ceiling painting with a height of up to 2.5/3 meters (Scaffolding, if required, will be charged separately). • Balcony, maid or study room, and exterior painting will be charged separately. • Refund only for bookings that are canceled up to 24 hours of scheduled or agreed service time.
